Jonathan is a Director of JOLF Limited and a founding partner of the company.

He spent the first 15 years of his career as a primary school teacher and university lecturer. He then qualified as a PGA professional and worked for 10 years as a PGA coach, specialising in coaching groups of children.

He has recently returned to work in universities and is currently Director of e-learning at Prince Sultan University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
