New Multi-Million Pound Golf & Fitness Facility

Ingrebourne Links is a golf, health and fitness facility located near Rainham in Essex. The brand new £6 million clubhouse and health club opened in the summer of 2017. The first 9-holes of golf opened later in the same year with a further two loops of 9-holes opened in 2019.

Unusually for this type of facility, Ingrebourne Links was a project that started from absolutely nothing no more than 5 years ago. Occupying 250 acres of land just north of the M25 motorway, both the clubhouse and courses have been designed for the modern consumer, combining the very best in architectural design with outstanding facilities.

Our Work

Promote Golf were engaged very early in the project, some 18 months prior to the opening in fact. Following initial market research and social  demographic profiling, they planned and executed the pre-sales membership marketing campaign which culminated in the health club opening with in excess of 1,000 members.

The Ingrebourne Links brand was established in the marketplace.

Enquiries were generated for private parties, functions and weddings, with Christmas parties in December year 1 exceeding all budgets and expectations.
